FAILED to copy to the desktop user data folder. General failure

Hello,

I have an issue with DLO 7 backup for several users. Indeed, and just for one file per person I have this error message :

"FAILED to copy to the desktop user data folder. General failure"

This is the error code that the log file mention : V-138-52224-20040

I read that can be a profile option to tick but it's already ticked. Profile Properties --> Options --> Log information messages for backup.

If anybody know a solution for this or has already met the problem ... ?
