Backup Exec 2010 R3 - Backup to disk to tape

Backup exec 2010 R3

I want to take backup on disk and the duplicate it to tape.

Requirement : weekly full backup on disk  - 2 weeks retention

                      duplicate of weekly full backup on tape  - 4 weeks retention

Is it possible to have the duplicate copy with different retention/overwrite period. if yes how??
