I've got a folder that's being completely skipped in all backups. I created a new test job that targeted specific docs within the folder to eliminate exclusion concerns, but even after that, I'm seeing the same issues.
What I know:
- it's not on any exclusion list
- other files are being backed up successfully on the same box
- NBU has necessary permissions to the server
- I've confirmed the permissions on the specific folder.
When I run the job, it processes successfully, mounts media, and then looks for data - but it always exits with status 90 - "media manager received no data for backup image(90)" The bpbkar.log file is attached.
I'm able to get the file backed up by treating it like it has Shadow Copy Components inside and modifying the selection list to include sharename per this article: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH124654 However, when I created/reviewed the list of Shadow Copy Components per this article - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH76997 - the path in question wasn't listed anywhere in the results.
What am I missing here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
