Incorporating new PGP software into existing PGP Universal Server

With the recent release of PGP Desktop 10.3.0, is there a way to incorporate that into a PGP Universal Server v3.2.0?  I would rather the update be pushed out via the Universal Server, instead of users installing the new verion themselves.
