Content Download Issue

Hello,

When i try to download a content (the issue not happends for all content) from the App Center Admin Console i receive this message;

Our App Center installation (4.0) it's made OnPremise with NetworkLoadBalancer for HA (with two CentOS FE server and MySQL DB)

It seems that the file uploaded on the app center was cached only on one FE Server and not in all two FE servers, because if I access directly using internal IP to One FE I can download the Content, but if i access on the other FE Server i receive the Above error message.

Do you know why / how to solve that issue ?
