Mail Security for MS Exchange - Block Message-ID

Hello,

I have noticed that a lot of spam seems to get through with invalid message-ID's (98F4222476105715A73D6CF8715184135D940042@USPRODSVCEML001 for example). Is there a way to configure Mail Security for MS Exchange 6.5.7.279 to block all invalid message-ID's such as this? Manually doing each one as they come in doesn't really work, as everyone seems different.

We are running MS Exchange Server 2007, version 08.01.0436.000 on SBS 2008 with service pack 2 if that helps.
