Catalog old Media Tapes

Hi!

We need to restore backup from an old LTO 3 Tape but after running inventory, cataloging and then selecting restore data from the tape, it is showing that "The selected media not found in the catalog. You must first catalog the media".

Is it because the tape is locked or we are missing something?
