When viewing and generating reports on All Legal Holds, it would be nice to have a column for Created Date and Created By (or maybe fields for Managing Attorney, Legal Support Staff, or other customizable placeholders like you have for cases. Right now, we create a case for each legal hold just so we can be able to track who is in charge of each legal hold and the type of matter it's issued for.
