I need a solution
All my backups are archive bit dependant.
Please let me know what is the difference we are backing up in Differential Inc backup and Cumulative Inc backup, if below definitions are correct.
| Full backup - All files are backed up irrespective of archive bit status. Clears archive bit of all files. |
| D Inc - All files that have their arhive bit set are backed up. Clears archive bits of backed up files. |
| C Inc - All files that have their arhive bit set are backed up. Doesn't Clear archive bit. |
