ST B05: Symantec Reference Architecture for Business Critical Virtualization

The intent of the Symantec Reference Architectures is to short-cut the design process for organizations interested in virtualizing critical business services. The aim is to reduce or eliminate errors in technology decisions and increase the likelihood of successful implementation of blended Microsoft, VMware, and Symantec solutions in a virtual environment. For all three application workloads, SharePoint, Exchange, and SQL, we developed a complete architecture that included these 5 critical domains : Security, Backup, Storage Management, Archiving, HA / DR.
