Will the client move script for SEP 11 for with SEP 12

I would like to know whether I can use the same VBS move script for my SEP 11 Manager on my new SEP 12 Manager Server, and whether the database structures are the same?

Can I copy it from my old Server to the new Server, change the database name and make sure the authentication is right, and it will work?
