Netbackup Bare Metal Recovery with Windows Server 2012

Hi All,

I would be grateful if someone could kindly answer my questions below:

1. Can bare metal recovery restore everything in a server? As in, will it just restore the OS and software? Or can it completely restore it to the state (including every single files) when it was backed up?

2. It seems that Windows Server 2012 doesn't not support BMR client. Does this mean I cannot perform BMR on a Windows Server 2012 machine?
