Symantec Ghost 10 vs 12

 
Hello,

I have been trialling Ghost V10, and am considering purchasing v12 instead of v10.

I have a couple of questions that

- Is Ghost v12 fully compatible with Ghost v10 disk images?

- Does Ghost v12 offer any good features that v10 doesn't offer?

Currently, we only ghost by physically taking out disks and plugging them into the
IDE cable in our Ghosting machine, and i don't see this method changing for a while
at least, so only features related to this will be useful for us.
