Backup Exec 2012 running on Win 2k8R2 enterprise SP1 HP ML 370 G4

I an issue with a HP ML 370 G4 Server running Windows server 2008 R2 enterprise edition and the HP Insight Management Agents. I have been having constant job failures when building and testing Backup Exec 2012 with the latest updates. The fault was

Error category    : System ErrorsError             : e00084f4 - An unknown error has occurred.

 Finally we narrowed it down to a known issue with HP Insight Management Agents and used the fix (see below) in an already posted issue.

As for the referenced post we needed the insight to be kept in place and working. Now the tape backups are working correctly and with the added bonus that they seem to be faster at this stage of the testing program.
