How can I export BE 2012 license file

I'm trying to migrate my existing BE 2012 server to a new server. I'm doing the steps on the following link http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH67768, . However  BESERNUM.XML file doesn't exist anywhere on the old server. I checked under all users and searched the BESERNUM.XML under the whole C:\ drive but no luck. How can export BE 2012 license file? I have attached the content of Backup Exec under C:\Users\All Users\Symantec
