Tips backing up EXCHANGE withn Backup Exec 2012

Dear all,

Thanks for the help, i want to know info about backing up exchange withn Backup Exec 2012, I have the following data on the server:

Also i have the data to backup in the following folder

But as you can see its greyed out, 

Now I want to know why when I want to backup "Microsoft Inf. Store" the jobs fail, and why when I want to backup "mailbox directories" the Exchange file its greyed out .
