Dear all,
I am new to symantec Backup exec 2012 and I need your advise on the following problem
Recently We had our backup NAS changed to another IP. This Backup NAS consist of all our backups for symantec exec.
Everything is working fine before we change the NAS IP, however once we have changed the NAS IP, under the storage options > all storage has turned offline.
We tried to see if we can manually click on the all storage "name" and see we can change the existing added storage to the NEW IP Address but however it is greyed out.
Question is
1. Can we just change the IP in the "all storage" name in order to resume everthing as per normal?
2. Or do we need to delete the existing storage name and then add "NEW" storage (with the new IP) into the all storage options. If we were to require to delete the existing storage, will it delete my current Backups?
