I need a solution
When I have an incident the is overdue and the priority is changed from Low to Minor the due date does not
extend the due date by 14 days as set in Incident Rule - Set Due Date - Minor Priority
The due date does not change at all.
| When ALL of these are TRUE |
| When ALL of these are FALSE |
| "Due" changes and is after "Created on, offset by 14 days" |
| <end> |
| When ANY of these is TRUE |
| "Due" is before "Created on, offset by 14 days" |
| <end> |
| "Priority" changes and is equal to "Minor" |
| <end> |
However if the incident is not overdue when you change the prority from low to minor the due date is moved out 14 days.
I am sure there is another rule but I can't find it.
Any Ideas?
