We need A Symantec support exception to obtain Symantec support for configurations with VxVM and Sun's Traffic Manager (MPxIO).
Our intention is to substitute 2 Hitachi HDS USP ST9900V oem SUN with 2 new IBM DS8000 and/or IBM XIV storage. The current configuration is SUN M9000 or V490, solaris10, Sun Cluster 3.2 VxVM 5.0 and MPXIO. To get the IBM support we need, previously, a symantec support exception for this configuration using this disk arrays.
Please, could you review this give me an answer about the possibility to get the support from you?
