I see there a number of discussions on this forum about printing incident detail. Although incidents to have a "Print" link near the top of the form this really only opens the form in a black and white page. You then need to rely on the browser to print this and you're still limited to the standard formating of the page which crops any User comments to 8 lines with a scroll bar. I've already discovered that Chrome and Firefox format the page better than IE for printing but none of them solve the limitations of the process page.
There is a forum posting here about modifying the css file for the process page but that would change it for all, not just the tickets that we'd like to print.
A solution that has been hinted at is to create a workflow to do this. Does anyone have a workflow they can share that does this? Or at least give some hints on how to make such a workflow?
