Scenario :
We are replicating our backups from domain A to Domain B.(from newyork to australia)
We have data domain in our environment.
We are using SLP for this.on site b we have scripts that run 1 and 2 phase import every 5 mins
In the SLP,we have defined that first backup on site A goes to data domain on site A and then then duplication to Site B data domain.
Yesterday,What I did I created an SLP for only backup on site A and gives destination st unit as b-replication-stu.
backup was successfull.But was not showing in catalog on site B.
And when i run this similar backup from site A without slp and just st unit as b-replication-stu.It was successfull and showing in the catalog.
Why so?
FOR SLP:ONE copy needs to be on the surce domain?Is it a condition?
