Need help with DS 6.9 Sp3 Task/Job

I need to help with a task/job in DS 6.9 Sp3. which should have the following steps.

1. Uninstall the Older Version Sprint Smartview. (Cant find the command line switch to uninstall it)
2. Prompt user for restart.
3. Installed the latest version from the shared network drive
4. Prompt user for restart.
