Where can I locate SEP 12.1 Release Update (RU) 2 for Win 8?

Hello All,

Symantec article TECH174348 explains that SEP support for Windows 8 begins with SEP 12.1 RU2. It then directs me to the fileconnect website to get the update. The trouble is that there's no such version listed on the fileconnect website. Does anyone know where to find SEP 12.1 RU2?
