How can I reschedule weekly backup, or re-create a new weekly backup.

I need help, I worked at a client company, I would like to inquire about Network Accses Storage (NAS). Here we are using Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3. we were scheduled to make two types of backups, the first is a daily backup, and the second is a weekly backup. Last week, I accidentally had canceled a scheduled weekly backup. I experienced problems now is how can I reschedule weekly backup, or re-create a new weekly backup, so that both can run back to normalcy.

 

I have tried to recreate a new weekly backup, but failed because they asked about the administrative password. and I do not know about these things.
