VOM Error V-383-10-526

Hi

I installed veritas operation manager to manage my veritas  and when i trying to create disk to disk groups This message comes

( VOM Error V-383-10-526 This operation cannot be performed on disk eva64000_15 with state either Offline/failed/In Use(Other Node) or a foreign (Non VxVM) disk. Please select another disk and try the operation again.)

Way the disk in use other node  Imposed this disk is free .

Please help
