Windows 2008 Hyper-V Backup Solution - Licensing

Hi,

quick check, just for confirmation on licensing.

1- 2 unit of cluter Hyper-V host Windows 2008

2- 3 unit of guest Windows 2003 R2 Ent. Edition (just file server-no app)

Pre-requisite:

1- full backup of hyper-v guest machine

2- to perform GRT backup & restore individually files of guest machine

License option:

1- 2 unit of Backup Exec 2012 for Hyper-V per host

2- 3 unit of Backup Exec 2012 Agent for Windows

Question:

Is the license option is correct? or

I do not have to buy Backup Exec Agent for Windows?
