I have previously posted on topics relating to load files within Clearwell, this idea is an expansion of some of the issues I have come across.
As an initial statement, I am working within a Clearwell 7.1.1 environment.
I have recently been requested to create a .DAT load file for ingestion into the Relativity review platform, one of the issues I have come across is the implementation of new line characters within Clearwell's DAT file. The DAT file produced uses carriage return characters rather than new line character which causes confusion within Relativity's import tool.
My suggestion would be to increase the requried delimiter fields to include new line character's to prevent this issue.
