The CSV import doesn't require all columns, just certain ones. In actual practice, though, all columns have to be there. The columns can be in any order, but they all have to be there. Whatever data is in those columns (including null) is updated to the custodian rec.... and if a column is missing, it's treated as being there but null. I would like to request that the Unique ID be the only required column, and that only an included column be updated.
We have a need to upload termiated date in a separate process from the traditional AD load. We would like to have Unique ID and Terminated Date as the only columns. However, we have to do some additional work to capture all the other fields. If we didn't, most of the custodian rec would be wiped out on the load.
