BackupExec 13.0 job complete with exceptions AOFO

Hi, I have a problem with backupexec 13.0.

We have four plants with the same server scenario:

Windows server 2008

BackupExec 13.0 Rev. 4164 64bits

Tape Unit Dell PV100T

In one of these plants I have a problem, my backup job finished with exceptions, as follow:

- Backup- FRNFPS1

V-79-57344-65287 - AOFO: Initialization failure on: "C:". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
V-79-10000-11178 - VSS Snapshot error. In order to successfully complete the current operation, the Active Directory Domain Service must be running on the domain controller computer that you are backing up or restoring.

I already checked configurations of all of my plants and they are the same.
