Pls. add multithreading support to SAVFL.
I work for a large corporation ( 15K employees ) and we use Antivirus for Linux to scan our Novell File Clusters. In the past we have had issues when a user would save a large archive file onto a cluster drive. While this large file is scanned, all other disk write requests have to "wait in line" until the scan is finished. We have turned archive scanning off, but still occasionally run into the issue when a large file is uploaded. This sometimes results in an outage of 30-40 minutes, until an admin can login and kill rtvscan.
This would be alleviated if the product had more than one scanning thread -- ideally, a configurable number. Given the large number of users this can affect, Pls. make it a priority.
